
This is the cornerstone of the expediter's job, i.e. to support customer and supplier in the achievement of deadlines and milestones of the project. To this the expediter discusses and agrees upon with customer the most adequate and cost-effective follow-up schedule; produce a timely report on construction progress; discuss and suggest customer and supplier(s) suitable counter-measures for eventual construction delays. This way the expeditor supports customer on monitoring the most crucial procurement parts of the project, ensuring the project is on track.
Based on an agreed scope of service, our professional project management team will meet the supplier on a regular basis, and report to the buyer based on a pre-defined frequency. As needed, we may provide conference calls, or even interpretation service should it be required.
