Packaging/documentation survey support

This is a documentary inspection process before shipment and includes visual inspection and counting of goods; control of packing compliance and labeling of goods and equipment; checking of compliance of issued documents to actual goods and equipment, labels, packages and custom tariff codes. The objective of this service is to ensure that the export documents have been done properly so as to avoid undue delays in the import process.

Our Solution

Our Inspector will check on the necessary items based on a pre agreed checklist. Photos will be taken to confirm the compliance in documentation or packaging labels and marks. A full report will be forwarded to buyer as confirmation of compliance in export documentation requirements.
